7th World Scrabble Championship is being held in Kuala Lumpur
from the 19th of October 2003 until the 24th of October 2003.
The venue is Renaissance Hotel Kuala Lumpur. The World Scrabble
Championship is being organized by Scrabble Masters Malaysia
in collaboration with the Malaysian Scrabble Association (MSA). |

prestigious event is held biannually and for the first time
since it's inception in 1991 is the event being held in Asia.
There are 103 players from 45 countries expected at this year
World Scrabble Championships. There will be 24 rounds of regular
play following which the top 2 players will compete in the best
of 5 games. The 7th World Scrabble Champion will be the first
person to win 3 games. |
