Ganesh Asirvatham (MYS) won last round, so he stays at Board 1 and faces Andrew Fisher (AUS). Adam Logan (CAN) also won, and moves up to Board 2 to play the English alternate player Terry Kirk (Eng). Paul Cleary (AUS) plays Naween Fernando (AUS) at Board 3. Ganesh is the only player at 10-1; Andrew, Adam and Naween are each at 9-2.

With twelve left in the bag, Ganesh leads 403-297.
